No. This is trauma-informed coaching designed to support your emotional regulation and legal-adjacent functioning.

I don't provide legal advice or act as a legal consultant. However I can help you show up to your attorney meetings prepared, regulated, and able to actually use that time effectively.

Post-separation abuse doesn't have a legal end date. If you're still navigating hostile communication, co-parenting conflict, or emotional fallout from a high-conflict relationship, Year One™ may still be relevant. We'll talk through your situation on the discovery call.

I help stabilize YOU so you show up credible and composed in all custody-related matters.

Year One™ is a coaching and psychoeducation program — not therapy and not a therapeutic relationship. Stacy brings clinical training and lived experience to the work, but the program focuses on education, skill-building, and strategy rather than clinical treatment. Participants are encouraged to work with a licensed therapist alongside the program if they need that level of support.

Each cohort is limited to 6–10 women. The small group size is intentional — you will be known, not anonymous, and the content stays relevant to where everyone actually is.

The founding cohort rate is $1,500–$1,800. Standard rate from Cohort 2 onward is $2,500. A VIP add-on that includes monthly 1:1 sessions is available at $3,500–$4,000. Full details are discussed on the discovery call.

No. Year One™ is fully virtual. Sessions run via Zoom and the private community space is online. Women from anywhere can participate.
